Monika comes from Poland where a good skin regimen and healthy beautiful looking skin are on the top of the list for every woman. Her passion for skin care started in 1996 when she became a skin care consultant for a prestigious French perfumery and spa in her hometown representing brands such as Darphin, Decleor, Shisheido, and Clarins among others. Always passionate about skin care, she quickly gained vast experience and academic knowledge working closely with her European colleagues. For Monika, that wasn’t enough as she was anxious to gain hands on experience and she quickly completed the necessary training to become an esthetician. Graduating from cosmetology school in 1999, Monika continued working as a consultant while pursuing her career as an esthetician. In 2003 she came to the United States and has been a licensed esthetician in Pennsylvania ever since. Since she stepped foot in Rescue in 2005 Monika knew that this was the place for her to grow.
Monika believes that a good consistent skincare regime is imperative to maintain beautiful skin at any age. She trusts her knowledge and intuition when it comes to her clients. A facial with Monika consists of good exfoliation followed by a deep facial massage which provides great oxygenation and nourishment leaving skin healthy and glowing. It is important to her that every client leaves her room satisfied and with the knowledge necessary to follow their personalized regimen at home. She is also very experienced in waxing, our clients book their appointments weeks in advance to ensure a quick painless wax with Monika.
